GALLIANO


(Makes 1 quart)

    INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/4 cups 80 proof Vodka
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup White Corn Syrup
  • 2-3 drops Yellow food coloring
  • 6 drops Anise Extract
    DIRECTIONS:
  • Dissolve sugar in vodka until clear.
  • Add all other items and blend thoroughly.
  • Pour into container, if need be, fill with water to capacity and shake.
  • Age for 30 days.
  • Note: If container is clear, put into a box.
