BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM (REFRIGERATED)


(Makes 1 quart)

    INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Irish Whiskey
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Nestle's Quik Chocolate
  • 1 can Eagle Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz Whipping Cream
    DIRECTIONS:
  • Blend all and beat at high speed for 1 min.
  • Bottle and refrigerate.
  • Shake well before serving.
  • Good for 10 days in refrigerator.
Optional: Add 1-1/4 tsp Coconut Extract
